Educational Webinar for Union Locals
The American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund (AFM-EPF) now offers 60-minute virtual webinars designed to help Union Locals better understand the AFM-EPF Pension Plan and Fund Office processes.
Each webinar provides an overview of how the Plan works and explains key Plan provisions, including participation requirements, vesting rules, retirement eligibility, benefit calculations, and the death benefits available under the Plan.
The webinars also review key processes and communications among AFM-EPF, Employers, and the AFM related to Fund contributions, including contract review, remittances, and audits. Attendees will learn about important resources available to AFM-EPF Participants. Each webinar concludes with an interactive Q&A with the AFM-EPF team.
These webinars are open to all AFM Representatives. We encourage you to attend to gain a better understanding of the Plan, the Fund Office's processes, and resources available to help support Participants.
