We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice, including without limitation due to any violation by you of these Terms of Use.

You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other terms and conditions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
